As a valued customer, Vital Records, Inc. is committed to keeping you informed about any changes in the status of our systems. This notice is to inform you about scheduled maintenance activity related to VRI’s communication infrastructure.

Start time: 11:00 PM EST, 11/16/2018
End time: 12:30 AM EST, 11/17/2018
Expected Duration: 1.5 hours
Platform(s): Vital-Link/Vital-Access web portals
Activity: Datacom Infrastructure Updates

During these updates to our communications infrastructure, customers utilizing our web portals may experience brief disruption of services as our new settings are propagated through the Internet.

While this maintenance is considered low risk, we would like to ensure customers utilizing our portals are fully informed.

We will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to you.  If you have any problems with your services after this maintenance window, or you have any questions regarding the maintenance at any point, please contact VRI at 1-908-369-6940.
