VRI uses technology where and when it is most useful, but we feel that our Customers’ needs are still best met by supplementing those technology tools with a group of well-trained experienced VRI personnel.
We feel that it’s vitally important that all Customer inquiries are handled by VRI personnel, actually located on site at the same facility where your tapes are located. We know how frustrating it can be to contact a call center 1,000 miles away for a question about your account right here in this region.
