VRI’s facilities are staffed with bonded VRI Operations personnel at all times, 24 x 365.
When you need service, you call the same phone number at 4:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. When you call, a person working in the facility will answer. We will not subject you to a recorded message, an answering service or an after-hours phone number. You will receive the same level of support and expertise any time including nights, holidays and weekends.
Most of our competitors advertise their “24 hour service,” but that doesn’t always mean that they have personnel on site at all times. With having qualified personnel on site 24×365, VRI is able to respond quicker to our customers’ needs, as well as provide a significant security and safety advantage.
