A quick look back at 2012

Among the highlights of the second half of 2012:

• A long-time VRI customer moved more than 200,000 tapes to the VRI Roxbury building. These tapes had been stored with one of our competitors at 13 different locations around the country. VRI handled all transportation and VRI personnel were on site at every transition. We built them a private room with capacity of more than one million tapes.
• We supported another customers’ primary Disaster Recovery Test in Houston, Texas. All transportation was handled by VRI.
• In anticipation of Sandy, we worked with one Manhattan-based customer to help them move critical assets from harms way two days before Sandy made landfall—they’re now safe & secure at VRI.
